UNM V3VEE Development Environment
- Compilation and storage/service of bootable images is generally done on apu, so that's the best place to do development
- Use mercurial to get a copy of the development tree off of the main development source by running
hg pull ssh:youraccount@newskysaw.cs.northwestern.eduhome/bridged/kitten, changing to the pulled directory, and runninghg update. - Configure and build the resulting kernel
/var/lib/tftpboot/kittenand modify the pxeboot config file as appropriate - Use Moe to power-cycle the machines as necessary.
